In February of 2022, I decided to stop drinking. I felt like The Fool, taking the first steps of my "hero's journey". I needed a way to reconnect with and rediscover my "authentic self".
In 2023, I completed an 8-month spiritual apprenticeship in exchange for a unicorn mural. I'm forever grateful for that starting point. I discovered my unique path at the intersection of art, spirituality, & sobriety.
Today, I help others slow down, discover energetic peace, & find themselves. My approach is rooted in 4 foundational pillars: Energy, Art, Nature, & Culture.
My certifications include Reiki 1, Reiki 2, Holy Fire 3, & Animal Reiki, and trauma-informed meditation. I'm excited to learn about you and work together.
